TinyTrash lets users register waste collection schedules and consult sorting reference information. It is not an official municipal service. Check current municipal or collection-service guidance for collection dates, designated bags, collection locations and item sorting. Conditions vary by region; app reference information alone may not establish whether an item will be accepted. For hazardous items, follow municipal, manufacturer and other relevant instructions as well as the app's warnings.
The app is intended for ages 13 and older. Meet any local legal requirements for a legal representative's consent to use or purchases by minors. The operator's name, address and contact information appear in Commercial Terms. Established: 2026-10-24.

Core features are free. Ad removal is available through monthly and one-time purchases. Check the store purchase screen for price, currency, taxes, payment method and timing. The monthly plan renews automatically each month and continues charging the displayed price unless cancelled. A one-time purchase removes ads with one payment and has no recurring additional charges.
The monthly plan offers an initial one-week free trial to users the store determines are eligible. After the trial, it automatically renews at the regular monthly price shown at purchase unless cancelled. Check eligibility, trial end date and applicable price on the purchase confirmation screen. To avoid a charge, cancel by the deadline in the store where you subscribed. Apple advises cancellation at least 24 hours before the free trial ends. On Google Play, cancel before the free trial ends.
Cancel through the store where you purchased. Deleting the app, making an inquiry or deleting purchase data alone does not cancel a subscription. Access after cancellation follows the expiry date shown by the store. Apply to the purchasing store for refunds. This does not limit statutory cancellation, refund or other rights.
You can check purchase status with Restore Purchases in the app using the same store account. Purchases cannot be transferred between iOS and Android. Ad removal requires purchase-status verification.

Reference information has limits in coverage and update timing. Do not treat registered schedules or notifications as confirmed municipal guidance or a safety guarantee. Notifications depend on OS permission and settings and may be delayed or not delivered due to scheduling expiry, device condition or power-saving settings. Check necessary collection schedules by another means as well.
Schedules and records are stored on your device and may be lost if it is replaced, damaged or the app is deleted. Keep your own record of important information. Network, store or external-service failures or maintenance may make some features unavailable. These explanations do not create a blanket exemption from the operator's legal responsibility.

Where rights subsist in images, text or other app materials, they belong to the operator or respective rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction and other infringement are prohibited except as permitted by law.

The operator bears responsibility under applicable consumer protection and other laws. These terms do not exempt the operator from all liability for damages arising from breach of contract or tort. They do not exclude or limit liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or users' non-waivable rights.
These terms are governed by Japanese law, without depriving users of protection under mandatory consumer protection and other laws in their place of residence. Depending on the dispute and applicable law, the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court is the agreed court of first instance. This agreement is non-exclusive and does not prevent users from bringing proceedings in a court available under law.
Changes to these terms will be announced in advance on the official website with their content and effective date, allowing reasonable notice appropriate to the change. Changes comply with applicable legal requirements, and individual consent is obtained where required. Publication on the website alone does not automatically make every change effective.
