For problems, include your device model, OS, app version and steps to reproduce. Hide unnecessary information in screenshots showing region names or schedules. We also accept ad reports and inquiries about disclosure, correction, deletion and consent relating to personal information. You do not need to send ID documents or payment information at the outset.
Inquiry emails are managed in Gmail. See the Privacy Policy for record retention and rights requests.
Restore purchases through app settings. Cancel subscriptions or request refunds through the purchasing store. Making an inquiry or deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription. Ask the relevant municipality or collection service about collection dates and whether an item is accepted.
